SUPPORTED CORRECTIONS APPLIED; OCTOBER 28 UPDATE: ALL FOUR RECORDED SOURCE EXCEPTIONS HAVE DOCUMENTED DISPOSITIONS. April count/list, Academy completion and MEGCO identity/date have source-backed corrections; #1098/#1099 is resolved by Crisa's explicit owner ruling. Independent AI QC second pass: PASS for this thread's four source reconciliations and fifteen-seal record set. Final monthly propagation confirmed. Thread status: CLOSED-LOOP — October 28, 2026. Operating Rules and weekly checklist now distinguish Archive Vault, a destination, from available Status options. No schema option was invented.
Date, publication, seal-number, completion and review-date meanings are explicitly separated in Operating Rules.

QC readback

24 enumerated field, content and population-preservation checks returned the expected results. The check set covers six changed records, four other changed pages and the three queried collections. These are same-assistant readback checks, not an independent reviewer audit.

April Index count versus number list. The April ledger chat #001 says five artifacts but explicitly lists #165, #166 and #167. Preserve the reported count and listed identities separately. Do not infer that two artifacts are missing, change five to three, or invent numbers. Required: itemized controlling clarification.
Academy exact completion date. The course thread says completed April 16; the registry says completion/certificate April 14. Both support completion, so workflow status is resolved. Exact date requires certificate or source clarification. Do not treat Last Updated as completion date.
October #1098/#1099 identity collision. Current approved display uses Watchdog / Own Final Auditor. Competing consciousness-thread records name J-Space Revisited and AI Consciousness Claims. Retrieval did not establish an owner ruling withdrawing or renumbering those competing records. Current display remains unchanged; canonical collision stays open for Crisa's exact ruling.
