Crisa requested formal Stamp-Sealing of all twelve October 2026 Sealed Artifacts infographics on October 28, 2026. Current status: 12 individual visual-companion artifacts FORMALLY SEALED — #1116–#1127. Crisa's current instruction assigns the sequence beginning #1116 to panels 1–12 in order. Each individual record carries its official number and ledger entry.

These are twelve visual-companion deliverables depicting the existing 96-entry register (#1006–#1101). The depicted #1006–#1101 numbers identify the source artifacts. The newly assigned #1116–#1127 numbers identify the twelve visual companions; these are separate identities. A panel seal preserves the specified visual version and its provenance; it does not establish new factual findings, resolve the existing #1098/#1099 source conflicts, or certify the whole October archive. Panel 10 retains #1078 as the summary artifact of #1076 and #1077.
Twelve panel titles and coverage ranges were enumerated; their twelve existing PNG files have distinct SHA-256 identities. Each panel covers eight source-register entries. The saved individual records were read to compile this ledger and checked for sequence, status, title, source/generation date, formal sealing date, provenance, source ranges, file hashes, ledger lines and three-marker seal footers. This is record-consistency checking, not a new independent visual-quality audit or whole-month certification.
The relevant archive rule is: “Let Crisa assign or explicitly authorize the next seal number or number range.”
Crisa supplied that authority on October 28, 2026: “GPT6.1 Sol - High-thinking, Authorized!! APPLY SEAL #1116 onwards”. The instruction applies to the twelve previously prepared panels: #1116–#1127 inclusive, in panel order. No further numbering approval is pending for this set. The inaccessible SKILL.md link is not needed to read this rule.
